3. Service Description

Nala provides PDF upload, processing, and downloadable output delivery. Some features may require wallet balance, deposits, or additional fees (for example, talking-face processing).

4. Payments, Wallet, and Refunds

Deposits and withdrawals are subject to platform rules, minimums, fees, and availability. Talking-face fees may be charged per request. Refund eligibility depends on request status, processing outcome, and applicable payment provider rules.

5. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Nala a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the service. You represent that you have lawful rights to upload and process the content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Nala for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or malicious purposes. We may suspend or ban accounts for policy violations.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, processing speed, or compatibility in every environment.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational controls for security, including request validation and controlled download access. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nala is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
